Moneypenny do-its app app for iPhone and iPad

Moneypenny’s free do-its app helps you create to do lists fast! Also, you can delegate tasks to your Virtual Assistant (VA) so you have time for more important stuff. Communicating with your VA was never this easy: just one button for making calls, texting, skyping or emailing your VA.

Before you start using the do-its app you need to fill out your and your VA’s contact details, then you’re all set and ready to go. If you don’t have a VA: no worries! Then you always have the option of calling on Penny, she’s a VA with Moneypenny and will be glad to help you with any tasks you assign to her.

From the home screen you can contact your VA (or Penny if you don’t happen to have your own VA) directly. The app contains all the possible options to communicate with your VA: phone, text, skype and email.

Creating to do lists won’t take a minute. You click on the do-its icon (a do-it stands for a task), you fill in a short description, you assign a deadline and you delegate the task to yourself, your own VA or Penny. VA’s like to know how much time they have for completing a do-it, so you have the option to indicate that in too.

When youre finished with your to do list, click the send button and you, your VA or Penny will receive the list directly in their email box.
